Our Price Match Promise
It’s simple. We’re so confident that we’re offering you the best deal, we’ll refund the difference if you find the same complete glasses frame and lenses cheaper at any other qualified Opticians within 48 hours of your purchase.
How to get a Price Match
To request a price match refund, just provide us with a quotation on headed paper from the qualified optician where the product is cheaper, together with their telephone number, address, and email if available. We will review the details and reply to you within three business days. You may also contact us for a price match prior to placing your order.
Upon our acceptance of your refund request, please allow 14 days for delivery of your refund which will be credited as a second transaction on your credit or debit card or a refund cheque. The time taken for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card statement varies so the amount may not show on your next statement.
Please note: to avoid potential abuse and to enable us to honour our price-match refund guarantee to genuine customers, the acceptance of all refund requests is ultimately at the discretion of Pinder & Moore Opticians, who will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.

You are eligible for a price-match refund if your request meets the following conditions:
The Pinder & Moore Opticians refund guarantee applies only to qualified Opticians that have the identical product/good/service, is in stock or inservice, immediately available and the product/good/service is priced accurately.
Price match requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the time of purchase at Pinder & Moore Opticians.
Please note, we do not offer the price match guarantee on samples as the administrative and restocking costs are already high.
To qualify, we must be satisfied that both products are identical, and sourced from the same originating manufacturer.
When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:
Prices are compared on product price where comparisons include the product plus handling and delivery charges when calculating the competitor’s total price.
The Pinder & Moore Opticians refund guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, promotional offers or product-bundle pricing on the order.
The Pinder & Moore Opticians refund guarantee is limited to up to 48 hours of confirmation of the sale of the relevant product, goods or service.
The Pinder & Moore Opticians refund guarantee does not apply to any Pinder & Moore Opticians sale items.
The Pinder & Moore Opticians refund guarantee does not include purchases made through the internet (on-line purchases).
The Pinder & Moore Opticians refund guarantee does not include any purchases made through auctions.
